自已做的便當
米飯、courgette(密生西葫蘆)、玉米、及蛋。
密生西葫蘆先炒,至兩邊皆透明,(放下去時即可加胡椒),第二面快透明時放蛋,加鹽在蛋上,要翻面之前晒下玉米。翻面後再將蛋弄散,就完成了。
